Within a one-hour drive from the Triangle Region, you can reach Aarhus, Odense, Esbjerg and Flensburg. And within a two-hour drive, you can reach Copenhagen, Aalborg and Hamburg.
From Billund Airport, you can reach London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Oslo and Stockholm within 60 to 90 minutes. The Triangle Region is, in other words, the central traffic hub of Denmark, where freight and passenger traffic is distributed further across the rest of Denmark and the world.

The transport and logistics centre of Denmark

In the Triangle Region, your company gets quick and flexible access to – or deliveries from – Scandinavian, European and Baltic markets. E.g. through the container terminal in Port of Fredericia and the multimodal transport and logistics hub in Taulov.

This gives companies in the Triangle Region clear advantages in transport and logistics – and makes the Triangle Region the transport and logistics centre of Denmark.
Through close dialogue with the companies in the Triangle Region, we focus on labour, competencies, innovation power and green transition.
One of our ambitions is that the Triangle Region will be a flagship of green transition and sustainable growth in energy and logistics as a hub for green fuels. The focal point is the establishment of industrial-scale Power-to-X facilities.

Securing infrastructure of the future

In the Triangle Region, we cooperate to strengthen traffic infrastructure to maintain and strengthen our position as the centre of transport and logistics in Denmark. We have a strong focus on public affairs and strive to secure the necessary governmental investments in the most critical intersection of Denmark because a flexible and well-functioning motorway network in the Triangle Region is essential for growth and cohesiveness in all of Denmark.
